Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund policies vary depending on reservation dates and packages. Please check your reservation for the accurate cancellation policy applicable to your reservation.

  • 80% refund will be made on all cancellations received before 5 days
  • No refund on any cancellations afeter 5 days
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed after receiving approval from our accounting and executive office. Once issued, the Paradise Funland will release the 80% payment you made. You will receive the credit after a certain amount of days depending on your bank or the bank issuing the credit card used for reservation. Pls follow up with your bank for exact timeline.
